We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it — here’s how it works.

If you are located in the EU or UK, please lodge your return through our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.

Full-Priced Items

You may return any full-priced item within 30 days of delivery for one of the 2 options: 

  • 1. Refund to Original Payment Method: You’ll be refunded the amount paid for the returned item(s).
    • Return shipping cost: 8 € flat rate (deducted from your refund).
  • 2. Gift Card Option: Choose gift card instead of a refund and receive a FREE return shipping label. Gift card will be issued once your return is received and processed.

Sale Items / Discount Code Orders

Sale or discounted items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (EU consumer law – right of withdrawal).

  • 1. Refund to Original Payment Method:
    • Return shipping cost 8 € flat rate (deducted from your refund).
  • 2. Gift Card Option: Return shipping cost
    • 8 € flat rate (deducted from your gift card).

Gift card will be issued once your return has been received and processed. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately with: 

  • A photo of the issue 
  • A short description of the fault 

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by us. 

In accordance with French consumer law (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), you may choose between: 

  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • A full refund 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees depend on your selected return option, as outlined above.

Processing & Conditions

  • Only products purchased via our official website may be returned through this process.
  • Products purchased in retail stores or other online platforms must be returned via the original point of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories (tags, manuals, barcodes, protective bags, etc.).
  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
  • Purchases made using store credit (gift card issued from a previous return) are not eligible for return or refund. 
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.


If a return is refused due to non-compliance with the conditions above, the item may either: 

  • Be returned to you at your expense, or
  • Be collected from our warehouse within 30 days
